Tiny Takedown wrestling is for kindergarten – 1st grade.

 

This program WILL NOT require a USA wrestling card. There will be no tournament competitions as this program will be used to get mat time, build foundations, and introduce the basics of wrestling. Practice will be once a week.

 

No singlet will be necessary, just normal workout gear.
